Spectacular Service Company! I Called about my LG fridge they came on the same day. I had a previous company come our and tell me my unit was not repairable, because the factory did not sell parts anymore. This was not true, it’s just that LG only works with service partners and Appliance King is an authorized LG appliance service partner. Appliance King was also able to look at and repair my Washer and Dryer. I definitely suggest/recommend Appliance King as your go to appliance repair company, as of today they are my go to! I did a random call to Appliance King in Edmonton. I spoke with Louis and couldn’t believe the time he spent with me on the phone - even after knowing I likely couldn’t use his service from a long distance. He experience is VAST and he quickly diagnosed the issue with my range after others had no clue. We texted back and forth regarding parts needed and he even followed up after a few days to see how I was progressing with getting help!! Wow. This kind of service is SO RARE and so appreciated. 5 Stars, over the top. Have no hesitation. I would give Louis the code to my garage door if he was in my area! Thank you sir King Louis! Called Luis up on Friday morning and inquired about a part for my gas stove …we went over my own diagnosis and both came to the same conclusion
He said he would check back at the warehouse for a part when he had a chance
Next day being Saturday he texted me with all the info and part number and price and contact info as to where to get the part as he happened not to have one. He was super nice and casual on the phone and don’t just say sorry need to do a service call to check it out properly. No he helped me find the part I needed and sent me all the contact info. Excellent service and will always make him my first call going forward. Thank again Luis
